Upcoming artist Rell Cottrell is from a small town in Virginia called Northumberland County. Rell put his heart into this song called ”Motivational Speaker” which is a song about his twin brother that he lost in a horrific accident. He made the video himself to try and show the world that there is never something you can't do. He was told he would never be able to walk or run again but Rell had the motivation and determination to push past that bump in the road.
